• Returns: You may return most items within [30] days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
   
• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items, such as personalized arrangements, floral pieces, or clearance sale items, are non-returnable.

• Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may receive a refund of up to 20% of the original price, depending on the condition of the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within [7-10] business days once we receive and inspect the returned item. If a refund is not possible, store credit will be issued.
