LUXE Macon RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At LUXE Macon, each design is a labor of love—crafted with intention, elegance, and exceptional care. Because we work with perishable flowers and custom handmade items, we maintain the following policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients.

Fresh Floral Orders (Perishable Goods)

Due to the delicate and time-sensitive nature of floral products:

Returns and refunds are not accepted once an arrangement has been delivered or picked up.
 

If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was promised, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
 

Include your order number and clear photographs.
 

We may issue a replacement arrangement or store credit at our discretion.
 

Note: Floral substitutions may be made based on seasonal availability, always maintaining the value and overall style of the design.

Non-Perishable Items (e.g., Morgan Smith Jewelry)

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
 

Items must be in unused, original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation.
 

Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
 

Order Cancellations

Because each order is custom-prepared, our cancellation windows vary by order value:

Orders under $200: Must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup.
 

Orders of $200 or more (including event or wedding orders): Must be canceled at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance.
 

Orders canceled outside of the allowed timeframe are not eligible for a refund. In some cases, we may offer partial credit depending on the stage of fulfillment.

In-Studio Pickup Policy

We will hold pickup orders for 24 hours past the scheduled pickup time. After this window, the arrangement will be considered abandoned and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
